This is one of six Roy's locations around Hawaii, all of them under the ownership of founding chef Roy Yamaguchi. The seafood choices on the fusion-style menu range from unconventional sushi and poke to such fish as macadamia nut-crusted mekajiki (broadbill swordfish) and spicy garlic buttered Kauai prawns.
