FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long would we have the space? 

 We give every large party reservation 2.5 hours. If you would like to be in the space for longer, we offer buyout options. By buying out the space, you would be able to enjoy that area for as much time as you would like within our hours of operation.

What time can we come in?

If you are interested in the partial buyout pricing, seating times for large groups are 4-5:30pm or after 7:30pm.

If you are interested in being in the space for longer, we offer full buy-out options. In this case, you are welcome to come in anytime after we open our doors and can spend as much time in the space until closing.

Do you require a deposit?

We do not require a deposit. However, we do require a credit card on file as a space holder. Once the contract is submitted, we will authorize the credit card for $500.00 to ensure the card is active. We will not finalize it, meaning the charge will go away in 2-3 business days. 

Do you have different pricing for kids? 

Yes! We want to make sure any children in your party enjoy their meal as much as you do.  Our keiki menu is on it’s on tab on our website. The cost is $17 per child. 

Do kids and infants count as adults for headcount purposes? 

 Yes, any individual attending should be included in the headcount. We have high chairs and booster seats available. 

Would we be allowed to bring in our own cake? Or possibly order one with the restaurant?

You are welcome to bring in your own cake. We do however charge a cutting fee for all tiered cakes. The fee is $2.50 per slice. We do not create cakes for special events. However, we are happy to give recommendations. 

Am I able to bring in my own bottles?

 We allow each reservation to bring with them up to two wine bottle (excluding wines listed on our menu) with a corkage fee of $25 for a regular bottle and $40 for a magnum size. Guests are not permitted to bring in liquor or beer bottles. 

Would we be able to bring in some decorations? 

Decorations are welcomed, but we do not allow confetti, sparkles, or poppers. 

What happens if we are unable to meet the minimum food and beverage? 

There is a food and beverage minimum (not including tax 4.712% or gratuity 18-20%) required for the exclusive use of our dining areas. By food and beverage minimum, that means all your menu items, all beverages - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will go towards your minimum. If in the event you don't meet the minimum, the difference will be charged as a room charge.

Where can we park? Does the restaurant validate?

You are welcome to park in International Market Place’s Parking Garage.

Directions:

By car from Kalakaua Ave: Keep left at the fork of Kuhio and Kalakaua, taking Kuhio Ave to the Walina Street intersection. The entrance to the parking garage can be found on the right hand side, adjacent to Saks Fifth Avenue.

By car from Kapahulu Ave: Proceed to Ala Wai Blvd and continue to Walina Street. Turn left and continue through the intersection at Kuhio Avenue directly into the parking garage.

We are located on the third floor next to Valet. 

Rates with Validation:**Valet remains closed until further notice.**

o   First Hour: Free

o   Second:  $2
After 3 hours, standard rates apply.

Can I pay for my guest’s validation?

Of course! We offer 4 hour validations for all parties. The cost is $6 per validation.

Do guests pick their entree at the venue or ahead of time?

Guests are welcome to choose their entree at the venue. However, please be aware that we require all guests to be seated and the entree order to be taken before the first course is served. 

Is the dining room and bathrooms handicap accessible?

Our entire restaurant is handicap accessible. For convenience, their are a handful of handicap parking stalls on the 3rd Floor in the Valet Parking area.
