Roy Yamaguchi Red Snapper

Ingredients

Mud Mix (makes about 5 drinks)

• 1 tsp. Wasabi

• 6 turns Freshly Ground Black Pepper

• 1.5 tsp. Celery Salt

• .5 oz Chili Pepper Water (extra spicy)

• .25 oz. Shoyu

Cocktail

• .75 oz. Vodka

• .75 oz. Gin

• .5 oz Mud Mix

• .25 oz. Lemon Juice

• 3 oz. Tomato Juice

• 3 torn Basil Leaves

Directions

Put all ingredients in a shaker/glass with ice and shake contents together to incorporate ingredients.  Serve in a pint glass with salt rim.  If you like more spice, add tabasco as desired.Garnish with skewered tomato and basil leaf.
