Eating House Beaumont Punch
1.5 oz. Bacardi 8
1 oz. Pineapple
.5 oz. Giffard Peach Liqueur
.25 oz. Giffard Orgeat
.25 oz. John D Taylor Velvet Falernum
.25 oz. Lime Juice
2 Dash Orange Bitters
3 Dash Angostura Bitters (Float)
Garnish Lime Wheel, Pineapple
Add all ingredients (except Angostura Bitters) to a shaker with ice. Shake till chilled and diluted. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters for float. Garnish with pineapple, and lime wheel.
