From the Sardinian coast to the hills of Tuscany, join us for an immersive Italian wine journey at Roy’s® Waikoloa, crafted by Executive Chef Michael Haren. Each course brings together Italian wine heritage and Roy’s Island‑driven flavors, with special guest Racey Biven sharing the stories behind the glass.
